Warehouse software on the phone you already carry
Picked is a complete warehouse system: from goods-in to shipping label. Your pickers scan with the phone in their pocket instead of ticking off a printed list. No dedicated hardware needed to start.
Scanning instead of ticking off
A paper pick list tells you nothing. You don't know who picked what or when, and you find out about the wrong item when the customer calls.
With Picked, the picker scans the location and the product. Every step is an event with a timestamp and a name attached. That buys you two things: mistakes get caught on the floor instead of at the customer, and you can see afterwards exactly what happened.
Runs on iOS and Android, and on Zebra and Honeywell handhelds if you already have them.
Processes you shape yourself
No two warehouses work the same way. Most WMS packages answer that with settings screens; we answer it with a process builder.
You describe your process — which steps, in which order, with which checks — and it runs on the phones on the floor the same day. Adding a step is not an implementation project.
From goods-in to shipping label
- Receiving. Scan what arrives, book it to a location, record discrepancies the moment you see them.
- Stock. Location-level stock with a full history behind every movement — no stock figure without the story behind it.
- Picking. Single orders or several at once, routed through your own warehouse layout.
- Packing and shipping. Packing slip, shipping label, out the door.
Your data stays in the Netherlands
Picked runs on Dutch infrastructure. For companies that need to be able to demonstrate that — whether it comes from a tender or from their own policy — that is not a footnote.
We publish our sub-processors and our security policy, so you can check what we say instead of having to take our word for it.
What we are not good at yet
That is on the homepage, at the bottom, and it stays there. If Picked can't do something you need, you would rather hear it now than after the implementation.
