You may not need the API

Picked connects to many shops, marketplaces, ERPs and carriers by itself, and imports spreadsheets. Check this page before you build an integration: a few clicks may do the job.

Shops, marketplaces and ERPs

Connect these under Settings → Integrations with Connect. You need the permission to manage integrations.

Connector Orders in Products in Stock out to the channel Shipment back to the channel
Picqer yes yes no on request
Exact Online yes yes no no
Business Central yes yes no no
AFAS Profit yes yes no no
Bol.com yes no yes no
Kaufland yes no yes yes

  • Orders. Shopify, WooCommerce and Picqer tell Picked about a new order as it happens. Picked also fetches new orders from every connection by itself throughout the day, which for those three catches anything a message missed. Each night it syncs each connection in full: products where the table says so, and all stock sent again to the shops and marketplaces. Press Sync now on the Integrations page to fetch right away.
  • Stock. Picked sends sellable stock to the shops and marketplaces in the table when it changes, the same figure the stock API gives.
  • ERPs as your stock system. If you chose, when you set up Picked, to keep Picqer, Exact Online, Business Central or AFAS Profit as the system that owns your stock, Picked runs the warehouse floor alongside it. The ERP keeps the stock: Picked reads it from there and writes count corrections back, but pushes no stock levels to it.

Carriers

Connect these under Shipping with Connect carrier, as an owner or admin. Picked then makes your shipping labels with that carrier.

Carrier Notes
DHL DHL eCommerce Benelux (DHL Parcel).
PostNL
Sendcloud Sendcloud also reports each parcel's status back to Picked.
MyParcel
Bol.com Shipping via bol, for orders that came in through your Bol.com connection.

The carrier list in Picked also offers DPD, UPS, FedEx and GLS. They don't print real labels yet: Picked makes a placeholder label for them.

Spreadsheets

Picked imports CSV files in three steps: upload the file, check how its columns map, then commit.

Import Where in Picked
Orders /orders/csv-imports
Products /wms/product-imports
Locations /wms/location-imports
Stock /wms/stock-imports

A spreadsheet suits a one-off move, such as your first stock count, better than an integration does.

When the API is the right choice

You can combine both: a built-in connector for your webshop, and the API for the ERP it doesn't cover.
